
Finding peace and balance in our lives is a worthy endeavor. Knowing where to start may be challenging. The first step requires that we quiet the noise in and around us so we can connect with who we are and what we want.
Taking time away from job and home to invest in yourself is a valuable step toward self care. Nurturing your own needs and desires is often the missing piece to finding peace. Filling our own cup with things that restore our energy is necessary to finding balance and creating inner harmony.
The health of your energy system affects every part of your being. Restoring this system may help alleviate the symptoms of stress, worry, confusion, fatigue, pain, anxiety, etc. Receiving Reiki involves sitting or lying down in a quiet room with relaxing music and having hands gently laid on or above your body with the intent of restoring the flow and rhythm of your energy field. When the noise clears, your priorities are easier to discern and you will likely have more energy to apply to what you love most.
I am Debbie Merrick and In Harmony Reiki and Inner Wellness is a dream come true for me. I spent many years of my life knowing there was more, knowing I was more, but not knowing how to step out of the world's expectations and make my own way. My healing journey and path of discovery has led to a deep and purposeful desire to share healing and insight with you.
