About Me

I have worked in varied settings as my career path has evolved over the years. I worked for 7 years in Customer Service and Management in the cellular phone industry until I returned to college to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have worked as a licensed PTA in MN and WI for 18 years. In July of 2019 I started In Harmony Reiki and Inner Wellness to fulfill my passion for Healing at a more integrative level. I am now able to bring my people skills, my healing for the body, my Reiki energy healing, and spirituality into a coordinated application for the benefit of those I see.  

I started my Reiki training in December of 2018. I had learned through a previous class in Healing Touch that feeling energy came naturally to me. Reiki helped me better define experiences I had already had with delivering healing energy to others. I completed Reiki I in December and then took the opportunity to join a combined Reiki I and II class in May of 2019. I started In Harmony and my first professional sessions in July of 2019. I was able to continue my Reiki education with Advanced Training Level III in October of 2019. And I completed my Reiki Master Teaching Certification on August 21, 2021! It has been such a joy to participate in the healing to mind, body, and spirit that my clients and I have experienced.  

For the Life Coaching aspect I have had training in research-based motivational interviewing technique and I am certified in Life Coaching for finding your life purpose. These resources add multiple strategies I can draw from to help you bring your goals and choices into alignment for greater joy and satisfaction in life.
