Why I Am Here

I am here to share the beautiful power of Reiki energy healing, the deep wisdom of my own healing journey and observed life experience, and the intuitive insights and layers of awareness I have gained in order to facilitate your healing process.

Awakening to who you really are, what you really care about, and how you can create the balance in your life that gives you back your passion for living is vital in this period of drastic change in our world.

Your outer world is screaming for change, but your inner world has been grieving no listening ear for far too long. The love and care you seek comes most effectively from yourself. I'm here to help you realize you deserve your love and care and to give you the tools and pathways to discover the road to your highest and most fulfilled self.

I didn't get here by taking notes and being tested on what some group of people decided was the "right way" to think or to feel or to move ahead in the world. I come to you with direct life experience of working through the illusions, the conditioning, the doubt, and the disappointments and having successfully shifted my understanding of self, my belief systems and view of the world, and a clear understanding of the action steps it takes to undergo and continue the healing process within.

My success is defined by my ability to see, understand, and diffuse my triggers in real time, to choose my emotions and responses based on how I want to feel and engage, and to maintain my peace and calm amidst chaos because i anchor to myself with trust, confidence, and love. I am not swayed by rejection or judgment because I know who I am and that my truth and what I stand for is good.

You deserve to live in peace, to love and value yourself in all your ways of being (not perfection, but instead acceptance and compassion), and to set boundaries and to make choices that facilitate your well being on a daily basis.

I have had more than one career path and an ever evolving spiritual path as well. I didn't get a mentor or earthbound spiritual teacher to walk me through. I was called to figure it out from what I was shown to read, to pray, to see, to feel, and to intuit. This was an intentional path laid out for me to teach me to trust myself instead of relying on some authority outside of myself. This is what we are each called to explore to some degree in this evolution of consciousness.

I continue to stretch myself and challenge myself to learn more and to do more. I've learned to not just bring what I can do for the world but to learn who I can Be for the world. My motivation comes when I see opportunity to take the wisdom I've gained through my life challenges and to share the healing and growth processes with others to make their path easier. We don't have to do this alone.
